Repeated by request. How can we minimize the effects of repetitive motions in making music? Consider how the body was designed to move. Play (and teach) with good ergonomics to stay comfortable, injury-free and able to play for years to come. Have a strap handy. Essential knowledge. Register HERE
Get a Solid Start  - Saturday, Session 6 - Level 1
Start as you mean to go on! Choose fingering that makes playing easy. Play “handfuls of notes”, using your best fingers. Plan for chords from the first day. Develop a consistent good tone. You'll be off and running!
